Work of Leaders: Vision, Alignment, Execution
Posted by: | CommentsThe Everything DiSC Work of Leaders’Profile is the newest addition to the Everything DiSC family of Profiles. It is classroom training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a learning experience.
First of all, Work of Leaders approaches leadership as a one-to-many relationship, as opposed to the one-to-one relationship of management. It, therefore, focuses on leading a group or an organization toward desired outcomes. For example, Leaders often may be responsible for staff for which they do not have a direct reporting relationship.
Research Based
The Work of Leaders’ Profile is the result of a four year development effort. During this process the work of prominent leadership researchers were analyzed and distilled; including input from more than 300 subject experts at over 150 organizations.
